Yes. All levels are welcome, and everything is guided safely and we will provide modifications as needed.

What if I feel unfit or nervous or am injured?

The day is designed to meet you where you are, we will support you every step of the way, including giving you modifications for injuries.

Is food included?

Yes - morning tea and a nutrient-dense lunch and refreshments are included.
